My clients Mark Patterson and Jennifer Leete purchased this home two years ago in Chevy Chase DC and wanted to alter their space to fit there family’s needs.
Loccoco architects was hired to do the design and I was chosen as the GC to execute the project. I was chosen for my skills, great working relations with clients and excellent references.
The project consisted of updated master bath and redoing most of the first floor with a new kitchen, addition, a large wrap around deck, new boiler and hot water heater and splitting up third floor A/C to two zones to accommodate second and third floors .
The project started in early May of 2017 and as promised substantially completed by October 31, 2017 with only a punch list to complete.
My clients had moved out to have a better living arrangement since most of the first floor and part of the basement, second and third floors where being worked on.
