The client had hired another contractor to build an addition and remodel the first floor of their current first floor, however there were issues. I was referred to clients by a ski buddy to complete the job. When I picked up from where the other contractor stopped, job was at the framing stages with some electrical and plumbing work done and windows-doors set. My job was to finish framing, electrical, plumbing with new roof and complete finishing stages including insulation, drywall, tile work, siding, tile work, deck, cabinet installation, HVAC & propane tanks, floor installation, appliance installation, finish electrical and plumbing fixtures, exterior & interior trim with interior door installation and painting. It took me 4 months to complete a project that normally would’ve taking 6 months to complete.
