Kostaris Construction was hired to remodel the existing house and add a three story addition with Garage for the Laplaca family.
My crew and I removed the side of the existing house, installed a very large steel beam at ceiling level of the first floor to support the upper part of the existing house and incorporated a three story addition, which enlarged the existing first and second floors of the house.
