We Are Very Pleased,…

Kostaris Construction recently added a third floor master suite to our house and converted a screen porch to an enclosed den. We are very pleased with the results. The work was done on time, at a high level of quality and at a fair price. Angelo and his crew were very professional and accommodating. Results of the Highest Quality

This is my 5th home renovation project, and was the most extensive and complicated home renovation project that I have ever been involved in.  Because I was working with Angelo, this project was also the least troublesome project. Not only was everything done on time and on budget, but the results were of the highest quality.  Angelo is a trustworthy and reliable as the day is long.  He was committed to our project as if it was his own house.  We couldn’t be happier.

Special design challenges

tn_1200_DSC_0259.JPGWe owe our beautiful new kitchen to Angelo.   Smaller spaces, like our kitchen renovation and an earlier bathroom, present special design challenges.  Angelo responded enthusiastically.  He shared his considerable expertise that eliminated the need for an expensive architect.   He recommended cabinet, flooring, heating/cooling and appliance contractors with whom he worked seamlessly to keep the project on budget and on time.  We love our new space and we’re very grateful.

The result was beautiful,  and we couldn’t be more pleased.  He also stands by his work.  He’s always ready to fix anything, or help out in any way, at any time.  And his prices are incredibly reasonable.  We recommend him highly and enthusiastically.

tn_1200_DSC_0278.JPGMy wife and I employed Kostaris Construction to build an addition on our home in 2009.  The project included a new room on the back of our house and the reconfiguring of a basement storage room into a lovely art studio.  Smaller projects included installation of a new HVAC system (a new furnace and an air-conditioning unit) and the creation of a new bath room on the lower floor.

I am totally pleased with the work.  Angelo Kostaris and his crew followed the blueprints from our architect to a tee.  They completed the work in a timely fashion, working diligently but carefully.  Angelo is pleasant to deal with and does what he promises to do.  I have recommended him to friends and will use him again for future projects.

tn_1200_DSC_0277.JPGOver the past fifteen years the Kostaris Construction Company has completed three major projects in our home.  Each project has been meticulously planned, costed, and built. Each project came in on time and within budget.  We couldn’t be more pleased.

Among the requirements for the different projects were  significant demolition, the raising of steel support beams and detailed work with special attention to matching stairways, woods and stains.  At each stage Kostaris Construction was professional, diligent, and consultative.  All the work done by sub-contractors was well-timed to prevent construction delays and monitored by Angelo Kostaris. Everyone on site worked safely and took care to protect our existing home.

We enjoyed the collaborative process of working Kostaris Construction.  Each project has been from the start and continues to be a joy to our family.  We recommend Angelo Kostaris for his professional knowledge, high artisan quality of workmanship, and forthright business policies.

tn_1200_DSC_0332.JPGAngelo Kostaris has done a number of remodeling jobs for my husband and me, including two substantial ones in 1988 and 2001 and several smaller ones in the 1990s.  We have used no other contactor since our initial exposure to Angelo because he repeatedly completed his work on time – or even ahead of time – and on budget, a function at least in part of his doing much of the work himself and using subcontractors only when necessary.  We have been so pleased that we have recommended him to a number of friends.
